What do you expect to see? I expect it to actually download the update. What happens when the bug occurs? It just sits there saying "Preparing" and "Calculating Time" and never progresses, and can't let me cancel or play the game. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, it happens on my machine when I launch EA Desktop and I can't figure out how to get rid of the download short of uninstalling everything (which I already did twice)! How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) It never lets me cancel or pause the download attempt, and won't let me play the game.
